Anti-static foam comes in many forms. Some of the many types include: black conductive foam, pink anti-static foam, memory foam sheet, anti-static bubble wrap and anti-static rolls. These varieties allow customers to block ESD whether their product is irregularly shaped, extremely large, extremely small or anything else.

Some of the most common materials from fabricators make anti-static foam include: high density polyethylene (HDPE), low density polyurethane and high density polyurethane. Anti-static HDPE foam is closed cell, rigid and dense. It works well as an insert liner. Low density and high density anti-static polyurethane foams are soft, open cell foams that works best as a cushion.

Foam fabricators produce anti-static foam products in a wide variety of shapes, sizes, thicknesses, colors and textures. Common textures include egg carton and pick n pluck.
